Non-members are very welcome to attend up to 3 walks before being required to join the Ramblers' Association.  No need to book - just turn up at South Parade Car Park at least 10 minutes before the departure time.  The journey to the start point is made by car and as it is normal to share a car, you don't need to have your own transport.

Bring food and drink for the whole day, waterproof clothing and stout walking boots.  Also, a change of shoes for the return journey and a carrier bag for those muddy boots.
